Roby Casino Spin Tracker
Before You Write to Support: After a Checkout, Usually
Most missing spins sit on the wrong slot, under a smaller deposit or past their activation window.
Where Are My Spins?
Spins of an offer load only inside the slot named on that offer. Open that slot from the game library and the counter should appear.
Deposit Below the Offer Floor
A deposit under NZ$17 for the welcome spins or NZ$25 for the weekly slots leaves the spins uncredited. Top up to the stated amount and the next deposit should release them.
Roby Casino Matches Spins to Your Tier
Roby Casino tiers the Saturday spins by deposit size, so NZ$25 brings 30 spins and NZ$150 brings 250. Check the tier your payment reached before expecting more.
Open the Bonus Tab Today
Roby Casino gives the no deposit spins just one day to be activated. If that window closed, the balance lapses and support cannot restore it.
Spin Route
From Sign-Up to Cashout
After this you will know each gate the spins must pass before they pay.
Roby Casino Name Match
Type your name exactly as it shows on the document you will upload, so the later check on identity matches on the first pass.
Press Before You Play
Open the bonus area in your account and tap the offer to claim it, because spins sit unclaimed until you press that button.
Pay In the Right Way
Top up with NZ$17 or more through a card, Apple Pay or POLi, as Skrill and Neteller payments void the spins on offer.
One Slot Only
Load the exact slot named in the offer, since spins stay locked to that game and cannot be moved to another title.
Worth in Money
Face Value, Expected Win, Turnover
Each row multiplies spins by spin value for the face worth, applies the slot RTP for an expected win, then applies the wagering to that win; the figures are estimates.
18+Every spin runs at a fixed value on one named game, so the slot list is short and deliberate.

Hot to Burn
Spins here run at 0.10 each, so 268 of them stretch a small balance across low-stake spins with a steady burn feature. 268 free spins · Welcome Spins · Deposit 1
Thirty spins at 0.10 keep this moonlit three-reel simple, and the short session suits a no-deposit first look at the reels. 30 free spins · Deposit-Free
Twenty spins at 0.10 meet a 96.5% return and high volatility, so the value sits in rare, larger hits rather than steady ones. 20 free spins · Weekday spins · Wednesday; RTP 96.5%
A hundred spins at 0.20 give 96.53% return and high volatility plenty of room, with cluster wins building through the free spins round. 100 free spins · Weekday spins · Sunday; RTP 96.53%
The tiers run on Saturday: a bigger deposit brings more spins on Lucky Leprechaun, from 30 up to 250 at NZ$0.10 each.

Spins Turned Into Cash
Your Spin Winnings, Step by Step
By the end you will know exactly what has to happen before spin winnings reach your balance.
One Claim, Then a Closed Door
Spins without deposit come once per person, household and device, so the NZ$50 cap on the ROBY30 batch applies to a single claim only.
Roby Casino Asks for Documents
Roby Casino checks identity before any payout, so expect proof of identity, proof of address and a payment card photo, reviewed in around 54 hours.
Roby Casino Sets 40x and 32x
Multiply the winnings by 40 on the no deposit batch and by 32 on the welcome batch: NZ$2.88 of expected winnings becomes NZ$115.20 of turnover.
Bigger Stakes Endanger Your Cash
During wagering, stakes of NZ$4 on the no deposit batch and NZ$8 elsewhere keep the winnings safe; a larger bet can void the whole balance.
Spins are a gift, not a commitment
Nothing about free spins obliges you to keep playing or to deposit again. Roby Casino puts deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion in your account settings, and the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand, Gambling Helpline New Zealand and Multi-venue Exclusion Programme are there for support.
Self-exclusion. Blocks your access to the account and to promotions for a period you choose.
Deposit limits. Caps what you can put in over a day, a week or a month.
Loss limits. Stops a session at a set loss or time, so you step away on your terms.
Five answers
Can you stack your spin offers?
Roby Casino keeps every spin term short, so you can decide before you press claim.
trustWhat if I claim the no deposit spins first?+
Taking the 30 spins without a deposit does not block a welcome claim later, but your first deposit bonus must be claimed on a fresh deposit. Both can sit in one account as long as you clear each wagering total.
trustWhy are my spin winnings held back?+
Spins pay in bonus money, not cash, and it has to be wagered 32 times on the welcome route or 40 times on the no deposit route. Only what survives that play becomes withdrawable, with the no deposit route capped at NZ$50.
trustWhat if I want to turn down the spins?+
You can decline any spin offer before you activate it, and you can ask support to strip the bonus money a spin win produced. Declining keeps your balance clean, so your own deposits stay withdrawable without wagering.
trustWhat happens when a dispute goes past support?+
Roby Casino Ltd. holds Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/808/2013, so a complaint that support cannot settle can go to the regulator. That licence is the reason the spin terms are fixed in writing.
trustDo I need to wait between spin offers?+
Each offer runs on its own clock: the no deposit 30 spins last one day, while the 268 welcome spins stay open 30 days. Weekly and daily routes reset on their own schedule, so several can be running at once.
